When is the show open?
Friday 16th October 2026: 11am-6pm
Saturday 17th October 2026: 10am-6pm
Sunday 18th October 2026: 10am-5-pm
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, tickets are available on the door.
Which day is my ticket valid for?
Tickets are not date specific so if you've purchased a one day ticket, it is valid for any one of the open days. Likewise a two day ticket is valid for any two days.
Do I have to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?
You can show your ticket on your phone, but you must show the actual ticket with barcode, not just an email showing the order.
Are pets allowed at the show?
Only assistance animals are allowed at the show.
Do children require a ticket?
Under-16s can enter the show for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Is there accommodation available near the venue?
There are various hotels in the area, please take a look at our accommodation page for more information.
Is there food available at the event?
Vegan food and drink will be widely available throughout the event. Please note however that if you venture into Yoga Show or Mind Body Soul, these events are not 100% vegan.
The venue do not allow you to bring your own food into the venue. There are some special dietary / allergy exceptions. Contact the venue direct for more information - 020 8365 4343
Can I access Yoga Show and Mind Body Soul with my ticket?
Yes you can access both Yoga Show & Mind Body Soul without paying more.
Please be aware that unlike Vegan Life Live, these additional two events are NOT 100% vegan.

Can I re-enter the show if I want to leave the venue?
If you want to leave the venue after you buy your ticket, please ensure that you have a valid wristband so you can re-enter without paying again.
Are there cash machines at the venue?
Unfortunately there are no longer any cash machines available.
Can I park at the venue?
If you stay for 30 minutes or less, parking is free. For 30 minutes to 1 hour the charge is £2.00 and then £2.00 for every hour thereafter. Blue Badge holders will not be charged.

Is there disabled access to the venue?
Vegan Life Live takes place at ground level.
Is there disabled parking available?
There are disabled access parking spaces specifically for blue badge holders, both in the Grove car park and the East Car Park.
