Small family business based in Essex wins not one, but two coveted International awards in a matter of weeks!

Organically Epic has won best Plastic Free Product for its Charcoal Infused Bamboo Toothbrushes at the Green Parent Magazine Beauty Awards. The company will be featured in the Green Parent Natural Beauty Bible 2019 – a huge accolade for the Essex-based retailer.

This announcement comes hot on the heels of recognition for its Bamboo Infused Children’s Toothbrushes, winning the Beauty Shortlist Mama and Baby Awards for best Eco Children’s toothbrush.

Although Organically Epic has been distributing global organic beauty and skincare brands around the world since its inception in 2015, it has used its knowledge and passion to launch its own dental collection in 2018, with the company’s own-brand toothbrushes joined in Spring 2019 by floss and tongue cleansers.

Organically Epic’s capsule dental range is very much centred around using as sustainable materials as possible whilst being of exceptional quality, design and above all, efficacy.

With climate change being at the forefront of every eco conscious consumer, Organically Epic hopes to do what it can to educate and inform its customers on how to look after their teeth, naturally, whilst also looking after the planet.

Organically Epic’s founder, Jayne Clark-Denyer says “I’m quick to tell people I have no background in the Organic and Natural cosmetic industry, Organically Epic’s foundations have been built from what I’ve learnt and tracked down. I’m continually learning and evolving and so is Organically Epic.

“After struggling to find natural alternative to conventional dental products for years, I started to widen my research and thought well if I can’t find what I’m looking for, let’s make it. Obviously, it’s not as simple as that but that’s where it started. Dental is often overlooked and thought of an unimportant part of our lifestyles, a chore. When really, it can make such a difference to our lives. There is so much waste with plastic toothbrushes and flosses that I wanted to launch a collection that wasn’t only natural and sustainable but that it was bright, colourful and attractive as well.   Something that made people excited to receive in the post or buy at their local shop. ”

About Organically Epic

When founder Jayne Clark-Denyer was pregnant with her first child she was made redundant from her job in London. Not knowing what to do, Jayne joined her Mother’s marketing business.  Once her daughter was born Jayne became transfixed, as any new parent is, with what she was using on her child’s skin.  She was shocked at how my synthetics were used in brands that claimed to be clean and green.

After her daughter suffered a severe allergic reaction to a baby bath product Jayne launched Organically Epic in 2015 alongside her mother’s business, distributing one of a kind global brands that have no other representation in the UK.

In 2018 Organically Epic launched its first sustainable dental product, a bamboo toothbrush. They have quickly become very popular with their online customers and stockists alike. Floss and tongue cleansers shortly followed with other product launches to be announced very soon.
