Barney Pau is a passionate baker, forager, and fermenter, with a love for seasonal cooking. He initially worked in design before training at the Vegan Chef School in 2019, going on to work at various London eateries, as well as running independent supper-clubs, and catering private dinners and events. He is currently studying the MA Art & Ecology at Goldsmiths University, where he is exploring food systems through the medium of bread. When he graduates hopes to make a career in food writing and research.
