Wild Garlic Pesto with Jon Dale
Jon will be using organic ingredients and freshly foraged Cornish wild garlic to create an inexpensive, fresh, vibrant and seasonal wild garlic pesto. You will inspired to get out there and forage your own wild garlic and make this for yourself. Jon Dale is a qualified food and beverage manager, specialising in plant based vegan food with an emphasis on seasonal, vibrant, wild, living, raw and organic ingredients for optimum nutrition and health and healing.
