Chef Pui, from Busaba restaurant chain, cooks Soyamari, the popular vegan version of their signature dish Thai Calamari, a wok dish with tossed Oumph! in a ginger and green peppercorn sauce. Pui will also make a new stir fry dish using Oumph!
