Keith’s 7 day plan uses a slow cooker which does all the hard work for you. Load it up with great fresh ingredients. Let it cook overnight and a delicious stew is ready in the morning. Take some to work then spice up the rest for an evening meal. With this plan you cook once and eat twice!
