Meet Jordan Bourzig, also known as “Chef from Earth”, a conscious vegan natural chef and naturopathic nutritionist student, comes from a traditional French cooking background. Transitioning to a vegan lifestyle in 2019, he explored plant-based cuisine. In 2022, a transformative permaculture farming experience in Wales deepened his awareness of the food system. He joined the meal service of Made in Hackney in 2022 to tackle the food crisis and help people and families in need by cooking and offering free meals to them. He is also on a journey of promoting healing through food and natural elements to contribute positively to the world.
