Emily McKee is a dietitian for The Vegan Society. She studied Dietetics at Chester University and spent several years working in the NHS, specialising in renal disease and research, before joining The Vegan Society’s nutrition team at the start of 2024. As part of her role Emily supports people in following a balanced vegan diet, works to combat nutrition misinformation and highlights the health benefits of vegan diets through up to date, evidence-based nutrition information.
