A Belgian Pastry Chef who has worked in 5* hotels in countries across the world. Danielle is inspired by classical recipes across Europe and the UK, and demonstartes how ‘free from’desserts can be full of flavour and look beautiful. Danielle is also a tutor at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School as part of their renowned week long Professional Chef’s Diploma.
